What is the difference between your Subscription Service and Direct Message Service?
The STARDM Direct Message service is a fun, interactive service that allows you to connect with your fans via personalised messages, live videos, corporate shoutouts or even virtual events.
The STARDM Subscription service allows you to post exclusive monthly content of your choice to your profile. Fans will then subscribe at a monthly charge set by you. Content can include lifestyle videos, behind the scenes content, educational masterclasses, or any other content that fits your talents and fortes.

You can cancel your account anytime by contacting the Talent Liaison team via your dedicated account manager.
What kinds of content can I send via STARDM?
The content is up to you! You can give your fans a glimpse of your life off camera or backstage, offer educational masterclasses and lessons in your speciality, or simply hop on a video call for a chat or Q&A with your fans – the list is endless.
How do I accept content requests?
You’re able to complete orders within 60 seconds of picking up your phone! Work around your schedule and accept or reject requests as it works for you. You’ll have 7 days to record your message via the STARDM app, then review, send and message customers all within your personalised dashboard.
Who owns the rights to the content?
As creator of content, you will retain ownership of all content uploaded onto the STARDM platform. STARDM has the right to use all content across its own channels. For STARDM Direct Message, the customer who requested the content will be granted a personal license for non-commercial use.
Am I guaranteed STARDM video requests?
No. STARDM is a brand new socially acceptable marketplace allowing you to connect with your fan base, so be creative and make your videos attractive to your audience. You can also promote your page via your social media channels to attract more engagement.
How do I set up and receive payment via STARDM?
Simply enter your bank details via your personal dashboard under Settings > Payment.
How quickly can I expect my payment to process?
We pride ourselves on 7-day turnaround payments from the minute you send your wish or have a fan subscribe, which means there’s no more waiting around for your money to hit your bank account.
Can I donate my profits to charity?
Yes, you can arrange to donate a portion of your Talent Fee to charity. STARDM will indicate that you are raising funds for a specific charity by an icon on your profile. Donation of funds is arranged solely between you and the charity.
