Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children follows the story of a young boy named Jacob Portman, who stumbles upon a mysterious orphanage after the death of his beloved grandfather. His grandfather had always told him strange tales of children with unusual abilities and a headmistress named Miss Peregrine, who could transform into a bird. Though Jacob dismissed the stories as fantasy, he soon finds himself on a journey to a remote island in Wales, where he uncovers more than he ever imagined.

On the island, Jacob discovers Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, a hidden sanctuary for children with extraordinary powers. These children, known as “peculiars,” include Emma, who can control air, and Millard, an invisible boy. The home exists in a time loop, repeating the same day in 1943, ensuring the children’s safety from the outside world and a sinister group of monsters called Hollowgasts. As Jacob learns more about the peculiars, he realizes that he, too, may have a unique connection to this world.

However, danger looms as the Hollowgasts, led by the malevolent Mr. Barron, seek to exploit the peculiars’ abilities for their own dark purposes. As Jacob grows closer to the children and Miss Peregrine, he must embrace his own peculiar talent and fight alongside them to protect the home and its residents from destruction. What begins as a search for answers about his grandfather’s past becomes an epic battle to safeguard the future of the peculiar children.
